Cancelling or Rescheduling

There are several ways to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

 

More than 48 hours in advance:

- Client Portal 

- Email or call our office

 

Less than 48 hours in advance

Please call our office ASAP on (02) 9098 2346

We understand that life can be busy and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment from time to time, and we can definitely be flexible with this!

Please do your best to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will gladly find time to reschedule.​

Will I be charged for my session if I forget to reschedule or cancel?

 

Unfortunately yes, notice needs to be given no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Notice of cancellation given between 48 - 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your session fee. For notice given in less than 24 hours will continue to incur the full cost of the session.
